The requested information can be found in the order confirmation email you received upon the completion of your online purchase and in the merchandising screen to the right.

Your first and last name.
Email address for us to send your new license key.
Order ID from order confirmation email. What is this?
Serial number from your order confirmation. What is this?
Or from your product activation screen. What is this?
Request Code from your product activation screen. What is this?
